    Beschrijving:

    Voor het secretariaat van Bergambacht verschijnen Willem Petersz Verkerk en Sijgje Bastiaanse Bode, echtelieden wonende aan de Bergstoep te Bergambacht. Hij is ziek en zij is gezond.

    De langstlevende wordt benoemd tot universeel erfgenaam in alle roerende en onroerende goederen. Hij of zij zal het kind of de kinderen verwekt tijdens hun huwelijk eerlijk moeten opvoeden en alimenteren in alle noodzakelijke behoeftenissen totdat ze mondig zijn of een huwelijk aangaan. Als legitieme portie in de erfenis zal een zilveren ducaat uitgekeerd worden. De goederen zullen middels het Aasdoms versterfrecht verdeeld worden bij overlijden van hun kinderen.

    Als de testateur overlijdt zonder dat er kinderen nagelaten zijn, dan zullen zijn ouders het legitieme portie van de erfenis ontvangen.

    Als voogden worden benoemd:
    Peter Verkerk, de testateurs vader, en Arij Bastiaansz Bode, broer van de testatrice.
