    Maggeltje de Jong lag ziek in bed. Huijg de Man heeft haar gevraagd of ze genegen was om hetgeen ze samen bezaten aan hem te geven, aan ieder kind een ducaton te geven en als voogden over de minderjarige kinderen te stellen Aart de Jong en Arij de Man. De getuigen hebben gehoord dat Maggeltje daarop duidelijk ja heeft geantwoord.
