    De langstlevende wordt tot universeel erfgenaam benoemd en wordt verplicht de kinderen uit dit huwelijk te alimenteren in kost, drank, kleding en reding.
    De kinderen moeten naar school gaan en opgevoed worden volgens de christelijk gereformeerde leer. Ze moeten een vak leren. Dit moet worden gedaan totdat ze trouwen of meerderjarig zijn geworden.

    Bij meerderjarigheid of bij het aangaan van een huwelijk krijgt ieder kind 3 gulden en 3 stuivers uitgekeerd als legitieme portie van de erfenis.

    Als de langstlevende opnieuw trouwt dan gaat de helft van de inboedel naar de kinderen.

    Schouten, gesworene en weesmanmen worden uitgesloten van bemoeienis met deze erfenis.
