    Arij de Man en Arijaantje Visser maken hun testament op voor de Schout en Schepenen bij de gerecht van Ammerstol. De langstlevende wordt benoemd tot universeel erfgenaam in alle nagelaten goederen (roerende en onroerende) en kredieten goud zilver gemunt of ongemunt niets uitgezonderd.

    De langstlevende moet de kinderen tijdens het huwelijk verwekt goed onderhouden en opvoeden totdat ze meerderjarig zijn geworden of een andere goedgekeurde staat hebben bereikt. Als legitieme portie van de erfenis ontvangt ieder kind een zilvere ducaton. Het Aasdoms versterfrecht is van toepassing op de nagelaten goederen.

    Als voogd en administrateuren worden aangesteld de langstlevende en Huijg de Man, de testateurs broer, en Bruijn Visser, de testatrices broer. De Schout en weeskamermeesters worden uitgesloten voor de functie van voogd of adminstrateur (gesecludeerd)
