    De langstlevende wordt universeel erfgenaam van alle bezittingen. Tevens wordt de langstlevende de absolute voogd over de kinderen. De kinderen moeten behoorlijk gealimenteerd worden, en moeten naar school gaan om een goed ambacht te leren. Ze zullen 3 gulden en 3 stuivers ontvangen bij meerderlarigheid of bij het aangaan van een huwelijk als legitieme portie van de erfenis.

    Mochten de kinderen eerder overlijden dan de langstlevende, dan erft de langstlevende alles.

    Als de langstlevende hertrouwt, dan zal de helft van de boedel naar de kinderen gaan. Als voogden worden dan aangesteld Huijg Verstoep en Govert Willemse van Herk.
