    De langstlevende wordt enig erfgenaam en voogd over hun dochter.

    Bij hertrouwen van de langstlevende of overlijden worden de voogden Pieter Jansz Snoek en Pieter van der Linden aangesteld.

    De dochter zal 25 gulden als erfenis ontvangen. Als de langstlevende hertrouwt dan zal de helft van de boedel naar de dochter of andere erfgenamen gaan.Als die er niet zijn naar de naaste vrienden van de eerstoverledene.

    Arij Jansz Snoek stelt nieuwe voogden aan omdat er in zijn testament 2 voogden (Pieter Jansz: Snoek en Pieter van der Linde) gesteld zijn die overleden zijn. De twee nieuwe voogden zijn Anthonij Koudewijn en Jacob Kok.

    Arij ondertekent wegens zwakheid met een kruisje.
