De eigendomstransactie van Arnoldus Corthoudt en Elisabeth Frederix, samen met Lambertus Morren en Govardt Daems, met Huijbrecht Lenardts en Maria Aerdts, geacteerd te Lummen [België] op 16 maart 1662, vermeldt eveneens Barbara Fredricx; Aerdt Corthouts als man van Elisabeth Frerix, Lambrecht Morren in naam van zijn zoon Lambrecht verwektbij Maria Fredrix, Jan Schijven als momber der kinderen Aerdt Schijven, verkopen aan Huijbrecht Lenardts, man van Maria Lijnen, ieder hun deel in een moeshof achter de kerk gelegen; palende met 3 zijden aan de straat en voornoemde Lenardts ter vierder zijde. Voor 56 gulden Brabants boven de gerechtskosten hierover gedaan. De comparanten beloven Govardt Daems als vader van zijn kinderen met Barbara Fredricx, medeeigenaars voor ¼ part, in te brengen om ook opdracht te doen. Als de koopsom niet voor pinksteren betaald is, gaat de koop teniet

De eigendomstransactie van Elisabeth ;Frederix met Govardt Daems, geacteerd te Lummen [België] op 4 oktober 1663, vermeldt eveneens Barbara Fredricx; ElisabetFredricx, door haar geconstitueerde Joannes Leijssens volgens akte gepasseerd voor de Brabantse justitie op 10 oktober 1658 en daar “indebite” gegicht, draagt op tot behoef van de kinderen van Goovart Daems verwekt in wettig huwelijk met zijn eerste echtgenote Barbara Fredricx een stuk broek onder Tiewinckel gelegen, grenzend meester Jacob Clerx in twee zijden, Goovardt Daems erfgenamen 3).
