In 1753 huurt Cornelis Dirksz, won. Woudenberg het erf Kleijn Moorst met 50 morgen land van Henriëtta Josina van Wijnbergen, won. Utrecht (Not. Utrecht UT222a001, nr. 34; 04-07-1753).
In 1767 en 1786 is Cornelis Dirksen eigenaar en bruiker van Klein Loevesijn onder Leusden (Oudschildgeld Leusden, nr. 41).
In 1759 wordt er boedelscheiding gemaakt van de nal. schap van Merritje Arissen, getrouwd met Cornelis Dirksen Loeveseijn. Bezit: bouwland en een daghuurderswoning op Reymelaar en een weiland aan de Nieuweweg onder Bunschoten. Kind: Dirkje Cornelissen van Loevesijn (Not. Amersfoort AT041a001, nr. 9; 30-03-1759).
In 1775 is Cornelis Dirksen eigenaar en bruiker van Klein Moorst (Oudschildgeld Woudenberg, nr. 72).
In 1804 machtigt Jokkemijntje Willemse, wed. Cornelis Boon, won. Woudenberg haar zoon Teunis Boon, won. Klein Moorst om haar zaken waar te nemen (Not. Leusden 970, nr. 18, 20 en 23; 15/19-11-1804).
