Biografie (bron: Theater Encyclopedie)
Enny Meunier (1912-1996) was een Nederlandse actrice en was de dochter van acteur-vertaler Maurice Meunier (= Maurice Joseph Gustave Mulder) en actrice Marie (Wilhelmina Anna) Nagtegaal.
Na haar middelbare school werkte ze korte tijd bij het persbureau Vaz Dias, maar al snel volgde ze het voorbeeld van haar ouders en ging aan het toneel. Ze debuteerde in 1929 bij Het Schouwtooneel dat onder leiding stond van Jan Musch en Adriaan van der Horst. In haar ruim 55 jaar omvattende toneelcarrière speelde ze belangrijke rollen bij grote repertoiregezelschappen, voornamelijk in Den Haag en Rotterdam, waaronder N.V. Vereenigd Rotterdamsch-Hofstad Tooneel, Het Residentie Tooneel, Het Rotterdams Toneel, Toneelgroep Comedia en de Haagse Comedie. Haar spel werd gekenmerkt door grote perfectie, verfijning en distinctie. Enny Meunier voelde zich het prettigst in de zogenoemde 'society-comedies' van auteurs als Oscar Wilde en Noel Coward. Enny Meunier was nog op hoge leeftijd te zien in televisiedramaproducties.
