compareren voor notaris H. van Wetten te Dordrecht Dirk Cornelisz. Quartel, bouwman wonende onder ´s-Gravendeel en Theunis Dircksz. Meeldijck,bouwman wonende onder Klaaswaal, getrouwd met Joosje Cornelisdr. Quartel. Zij verklaren, dat hun uit de boedel van hun vader resp. schoonvader, wijlen Cornelis Dirksz. Quartel, bij boedelscheiding met hun moeder resp.
schoonmoeder, Ariaantje Leendertsdr. ´t Jong, weduwe van voornoemde Cornelis Quartel, gemaakt op 14 mei 1707 voor notaris W. de Voogt te ´s-Gravendeel "te saemen en in´t gemeen " is
aanbedeeld 6 mrg. 400 roeden land in de Trekdam en een huis en erf aan de noordzijde van de Rijkestraat te ´s-Gravendeel, belend oost de weduwe van Theunis Pietersz. Meijdam en noord de weduwe van Jan Rochusz. Visscher, dat aan Dirk Cornelisz. Quartel te beurt gevallen is het land inde Trekdam en aan Meeldijck het in s´-Gravendeel, ofwel de kooppenningen daarvan, bedragende een somma
van 220 gl., welke hij bij het transport heeft ontvangen en dat eerste comparante aan tweede comparant heeft uitgekeerd de meerwaarde van het land ten opzichte van het huis, namelijk een bedrag van 390 gl., terwijl de nog onbetaalde lasten van het land, zoals de verponding en de 200epenning, ten laste van de eerste comparant zullen komen.
