Het huwelijk werd afgekondigd te Luik en te Verviers op 05 en 12/05/1867. Getuigen: Petrus Dyck, koopman, 37 jaar oud, broer van de echtgenoot, Jean Dyck, koopman, 34 jaar oud, broer van de echtgenote, Oscar Honin, bediende, 24 jaar oud, alle drie te Luik gedomicilieerd, en Charles Delhaye, koopman, 26 jaar oud, schoonbroer van de echtgenote, te Verviers gedomicilieerd. De comparanten hebben de akte getekend, behalve de moeder van de echtgenote, die verklaard heeft niet te kunnen tekenen.

De echtscheidingsakte vermeldt dat de echtgenote, die wil overgaan tot de ontbinding van het huwelijk ... met Joseph Dyck, dit bekomen heeft op 25/04/1885. Vonnis van de rechtbank van eerste aanleg, zitting houdende te Antwerpen, waarbij zij gemachtigd is de echtscheiding te doen uitspreken, vonnis dd. 13/06/1885 door deurwaarder Jacobus Maes, te Antwerpen gehuisvest. Uit een certificaat van 17/09/1885 van de griffier van dezelfde rechtbank blijkt dat er geen oppositie noch appel tegen dit vonnis bestaat. Gezien de dagvaarding aan de echtgenoot, betekend op 30/09/1885 door deurwaarder Petrus Wolfs, te Antwerpen gehuisvest, om op 06/10/1885 om 14:00 aanwezig te zijn op het stadhuis van Antwerpen om deze echtscheiding te horen uitspreken, en bij afwezigheid van Joseph Dyck, verklaarde de ambtenaar het huwelijk ontbonden. Getuigen: Franciscus Herve, handelsagent, 28 jaar oud, te (Prayon le) Trooz (Luik) gehuisvest, Henricus Matheus Hense, wapenmaker, 29 jaar oud, te Fraipont (Luik) gehuisvest, Felix Vande Schrieck, koopman, 47 jaar oud, te Mechelen gehuisvest, en Carolus Van Elsacker, procureur, 45 jaar oud, te Antwerpen gehuisvest. De comparanten hebben de akte getekend.
