De akte vermeldt verder: "De vader der echtgenote en de vier getuigen hebben mij onder eed verklaard dat bij misgreep in de geboorteakte der echtgenote de voornamen en naam der moeder verkeerdelijk 'Cornelia Lodewijckx' in plaats van 'Johanna Lodeweyx' zijn geschreven zoals blijkt uit de huwelijksakte der ouders hierbij gevoegd."
