    Eddy was erg sportief. Zo werd hij Oost-Aziatisch kampioen schoonspringen en is hij in de KunTao gemeenschap bekend als Mr. Lie Gai. Mr Lie Gai was meester in KunTao, maar bezat ook graden in enkele Silat stijlen
