Universeel erfgenaam is zijn schoonzoon Kornelis, Burger aldaar, weduwe van Jannetje Storm. Executeur-testamentair is Leendert, Rietdijk, bouwman aldaar. Getuigen zijn Jan Schouten, particulier, en Josef, Monteny, verver, beiden mede te Zwartewaal. Volgt opsomming van meubilair,, kleding en sieraden. Er zijn enkele certificaten Nederlandse rentegevende, schuld. Er is een hypothecaire vordering van f 200 op wijlen Hendrik Hendriks, Storm, gewoond hebbende en overleden in Terheiden.
