Hij speelde goed viool. Hij was oom Henri voor mijn vader.Hij had twee zonen, Hans en Henri Eduard en oa een Kleinzoon Eric (zoon van Eduard Henri), die op 24-02-2015 via email contact met mij had en woont in Melbourne, Australië. Deze Eric vertelde me dat zijn grootouders al uit elkaar waren gegaan toen zijn vader 12 jaar was, dus in 1934. Volgens het huwelijksegistervan Baarn is de scheiding uitgesproken in Amsterdam op 14-7-1938 en geregistreerd in Baarn op 7-10-1938. Hij zou zijn overleden na 1970 (mededeling door zijn kleinzoon Eric ). Volgens Marjan Prevoo (kleindochter van Pieter) was Henri al overleden vóór het overlijden van Pieter in 1963. Net als zijn zus Dina ging hij na zijn huwelijk naar Nederlands Indië waar beide zonen, Hans en Eddy, geboren zijn. Ook zijn zoon Hans heeft in Nederland kinderen en kleinkinderen. Wat Henri in Indië deed is een raadsel. Kleinzoon Maarten heeft foto's uit die tijd waarop zelden lachende gezichten te zien zijn. Zijn vrouw Antonia Corbelli en de kinderen (en misschien ook Henri) zijn terugekomen in 1926. Maria en de kinderen zijn toen opgevangen bij haar schoonouders van Bemmel in Baarn, waar zijn zoon Hans later altijd erg te spreken was. Daarna zijn ze verhuisd naar Amsterdam waar Antonia woonde in Leidsegracht 6.
