De burgemeester der gemeente Heerde verklaart bij deze, mede op het getuigenis
van de twee ondergeteekende, hem bekende, geloofwaardige en meerderjarige
mannelijke ingezetenen van voornoemde Gemeente, dat Ruth Bredewout en
Stijntje Meijer onvermogend zijn, om de kosten te dragen, welke, zonder dit
attest, zouden vallen op de stukken, benodigd voor hun voorgenomen huwelijk.
