    Assendelft Dorpsstraat Rijwielhandel van Piet Dunnebier.
    Garage Dunnebier in de tweede Kerkbuurt is bekend, maar de voorouders zijn begonnen als rijwielherstellers en
    verkoop van rijwielen in het dit pand aan de Dorpsstraat nr. 296.
    Achter dit pand stond het kerkje van de gereformeerden. Later kwam hier de Coöp Eendracht Maakt Macht.
    De opening van de rijwielzaak was in 1903. Garage Dunnebier werd in 1901 opgericht door Pieter Dunnebier, handelend als koopman en later op naaimachines, fietsen enzovoort.
    Het bedrijf was toen gevestigd op Dorpsstraat 296.
    In 1932 werd o.l.v. Cornelis Dunnebier het pand Dorpsstraat 357-359 gebouwd.
    Hier verkocht men naaimachines, fietsen (uit eigen fabriek), en was er een stalling van auto's en het toenmalige rollend materieel van politie en brandweer van gemeente Assendelft.
    In de jaren zestig werd door de 3e generatie, Piet Dunnebier, de handel in Ford Trucks opgezet en werd er een nieuwe vrachtwagenwerkplaats gebouwd.
    De 4e generatie, Cees Dunnebier, maakte het bedrijf tot een modern garagebedrijf.
