Zijn eerder overleden echtgenote was Cornelia Steeland met wie hij op 11-05-1774 een mutueel testament maakte voor schout c.s. te Nieuwkoop.
Nu zijn zijn erfgenamen de kinderen Cornelis en Jacobus Velenturf, Maria Velenturf, getrouwd met Willem de Graaf, wonend te Wilnis, Jannetje Velenturf, getrouwd met Cors Kortekaas te Kamerik, Marijtje Velenturf, getrouwd met Jan Bosland, Anna Velenturf, getrouwd met Antonie van Niekerk te Zwammerdam, Cornelia Velenturf, getrouwd met Gerrit Zijderveld onder Nieuwkoop, ieder voor 1/8 deel en nog Cornelia Velenturf, getrouwd met Dirk de Graaf te Achttienhoven, Neeltje Velenturf, meerderjarig, mede Gerrit van Niekerk en Cors Kroft als voogden over de minderjarige Jan, Aaltje en Pieternelletje Velenturf, kinderen van Gerrit Velenturf, samen voor 1/8 deel. De staat van goederen is opgemaakt op 02-01-1809 door Joannes Swillens, notaris te Nieuwkoop. Onder Zwammerdam: drie kampen land naast elkaar gelegen, groot 3 1/2 morgen, belend ten oosten Sijmen Verdouw, ten westen Aldert van Es en ten noorden de weg. Onder Kamerik: een kapitale hofstede. Op 28-06-1809 compareren alle erfgenamen of hun voogden voor notaris Joannes Swillens, die zich accoord verklaren met de getroffen verdeling.
