Volgens mijn schoonmoeder, Jannie Kieft, won zij ooit een prijs van 30.000 gulden in de loterij en kocht mede daarvan pension De Wilg aan de Breelaan in Bergen. Mijn schoonvader, Aad Henneman, groeide daar op.

Van Petronella is er in familiebezit een "Handboek der katholieke moeder" Onderrichtingen en gebeden door pastoor Ahout, negende druk, 1927. Daarin zitten bidprentjes van drie familieleden: Agatha Dam, echtgenote van Jacob Henneman; Nicolaas Cornelis Hin, echtgenoot van Christina Maria Anna Henneman en Theodorus Krom, echtgenoot van Cornelia Henneman.
