Janke is huishoudster en woont in Huizum. Haar ouders zijn overleden. De afkondigingen van het huwelijk waren zonderstuiting op 6 en 13 april. Er is dispensatie voor dit huwelijk volgens een uittreksel uit het Koninklijk Besluit van 22 maart 1902 nr 12: "houdens dispensatie van het verbod ingevolge artikel 88, nummer 1 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek bestaande tegen het aangaan van dit huwelijk.
