    GEERS - Johanna “Jo” Geers, age 85, of Grandville, went to be with her Lord Friday, June 11, 2004.
    She was preceded in death by her daughter Shirley; and great granddaughters, Tori and Emma Geers. She is survived by her husband of 63 years Gerrit; her children, Ronald Beverly Geers, Donald Marcia Geers, and Sandra John Hooyer; grandchildren, Susanne, Bart, Curt, Dale, Sheri, Bonnie, Brian, and Betsy; 18 great grandchildren; sisters, Wilma Dornbos and Irene Mesbergen; sisters-in-law, Ann Wyn, Bes Wes Roberts, Angie Quick, and Grace Geers; brothers-in-law, Edward Florence Geers and John Tillie Geers; and many nieces and nephews.
    A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at Faith Community Christian Reformed Church.
    The family will receive relatives and friends Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday 4 to 8 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, Grandville 4235 Prairie St. SW - west building.
    In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be to Crohns & Colitis Foundation of America, Potters House Christian Schools, or a Charity of ones choice.
