She is survived her son, Jud (Nancy) Grassmid; daughter Barb/Peachie (Mike) Lautenbach; son, Tom (Jan) Grassmid; 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and by her second family, the Marv Huizingh family. She was preceded in death by her son Scott; husband Bob; granddaughter Jennifer; and special friend Marv. Funeral services will be on Tuesday Oct.2, 11 AM, at Covenant Christian Reformed Church (7171 Willard Ave. SE, GR 49548) with visitation one hour prior to the service on Tuesday from 9:30-11 AM. For those who wish, memorial contributions may be given to World Renew or Rehoboth Christian School.
