    His funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Ridgeway Funeral Home.

    Chad Kennedy will officiate. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.

    Members of Elks Lodge 816 in Paris, where Olin was a member, will be pallbearers.

    Visitation will be 6-8 pm. today and after 9 a.m. Wednesday.

    Born Aug. 17, 1936, in Chicago, he was the son of the late Floyd and Effie Dykinga Olin.

    Olin retired from Exelon Electric. Co., in Chicago as a mechanic. He was a U.S. Navy veteran.

    In addition to his wife, he leaves a daughter: Linda Marie (John) Walsh of Crystal Lake, Ill.; one son: William Earl Olin Jr. of Camden; and three grandchildren: Lauren Walsh, John W. Walsh and Nicholas William Zawojski.

    He also was preceded in death by a sister: Annjean Tichlaar.
