They lived Roerstraat 115-I Amsterdam. She was married to Arnold van Gelder and survived the Holocaust by hiding in Friesland, together with her husband. Only one of their daughters, Betsy Estella Brieko-van Gelder survived the Holocaust by hiding.
    Elly van Gelder had been hiding in Groningen, With Ds Ader and his wife. They went back to Amsterdam and were betrayed.
  • She died in the year 2009 in 's Gravenhage, she was 104 years old.
