    LENDE Sarah Jeanette (Tubergen) Vander Lende, aged 92, born on January 27, 1914, went to be with her Lord and Savior on February 16, 2006. She was preceded in death by her husband, William in 1973. She will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by her daughters, Irene (Bob) Potgeter, and Barbara (Jonathan) Bol; grandchildren, Dan Potgeter, Renee Potgeter, Nathaniel (Rebecca) Bol, Audra (Kyle) Bruinooge, and Adam Bol; step-grandchildren, Greg (Dawn) Potgeter and Cheryl (Brad) Nowels; five step-great-grandchildren; brother, Gerard Tubergen; sisters-in-law, Ida Vander Lende and Vi Vander Lende; several nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff at the Allendale Nursing Centre for their wonderful care and compassion given to Sarah during the past 5 years. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Saturday at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville), 4145 Chicago Drive, Grandville with Rev. Ronald VanOverloop officiating. Interment Oakhill Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family at the funeral home on Friday from 7 to 9 PM and Saturday 10 to 11 AM prior to the service.
