PUNISHMENT: Imprisonment: She was, while about to appeal to the King in Council on behalf of her husband, arrested by order of Margaret, Countess of Shrewsbury (granddaughter and coheir of the last Lord Berkeley) and imprisoned at Gloucester, where she died.
