Swenne is uit datzelfde Gildehaus afkomstig maar waar Jan vandaan kwam is helaas tot op heden niet bekend.
Uit het huwelijk is rond 1757 in ieder geval een dochter Maria geboren maar haar doop en die van andere uit het huwelijk geboren kinderen ontbreken.
