Hij was heer van Loenersloot.


Hij trad in 1156 op als belanghebbende in een oorkonde van keizer Frederik Barbarossa inzake een grensgeschil tussen Egbert van Amstel en het kapittel van S. Marie te Utrecht. Het gaat daarbij om tienden en goederen in een ontginningsgebied in de Vechtstreek .


Hendrik van Loenersloot (of Henricus van Lonerslothe) is de oudst bekende bewoner van het kasteel Loenersloot in de provincie Utrecht. De eerste bewoners van dit kasteel (overigens pas voor het eerst vermeld in 1256) zijn volgens de bronnen:
