Bij akte van deeling van 11 januari 1639 werden de goederen, nagelaten door zaliger Jacobus van Blitterswijck en Ida Straeten, gewezen echtelieden, onder hunne kinderen.

Bij testament va 18 november 1702 gaf Mechtildis, weduwe van Tilman de Groot, ( gestorven zonder kinderen na te laten) een legaat van 25 pattacons:
a en b aan hare nichten Ida en Anna van Blitterswijck
c. aan Johanna van Cousveldt.
d. aan Johanna de Bon.
e. aan Maria Beugels.
f. aan Cornelia Straeten, hare nicht, wonende te Straelen.
g. aan Mechteld van Groensfeld.
h. aan Peter Heijnen, haar neef notaris en procureur.
