Casparus studeerde theologie aan de Universiteit Groningen (1643) en was predikant op de schansen Isabella en Antonia buiten Den Bosch in 1648. In 1651 werd hij predikant te Drunen en Nieuwkuik, gevolgd door een aanstelling te Heusden.

Uit de archieven van Drunen, fol. 272 van 21/7/1670: stads secretaris Blom´s verzoek om het huis van dominee Caspar Pipardus te repareren is goedgekeurd. Het werk wordt toegekend aan Adriaen Bogert, meester timmerman en Gerrit Caermans, voor de somme van fl 118,-
