Notes about Claas Dirksz Daalder

In een notariele acte uit 1626 word Claas genoemd als "schotskoopman". In 1634 wordt hij genoemd als voogd over de minderjarige kinderen van Willem Pietersz Schroor, samen met Olfert Pietersz Pet en Outger Luijts.Kort daarna zal hij overlijden. Hij werd begraven in de Gereformeerde Kerk van Oostzaan. Op zijn grafsteen staat de volgende tekst:

'103. Hier leyt begraven
Claes Dircksz Daelder
is in den Heere ghe
rust op ten 27 April anno 1635
ende sijn huysvrouw
Geertien Symonsdr.
sterf den 13 Augustus
anno 1652.'
