Deze foliovellen (liggendmodel) zijn in diverse kolommen ingedeeld en bevatten alle aantekeningen en vermelden: 7357 JAPAN, den 10 November 1848 uit het Nieuwe diep naar Zee 7357.
"DOORLOOPENDE NOMMERS". 7118; "NAMEN EN VOORNAMEN". MALLAN Pieter. [In deze kolom diverse aantekeningen wegens plaatsgebrek bijgechreven] o.a. Presuit N 28120. Bij gouv.besl.dd 6 febr 1862 N2 toegekend een gagement van f 168. betaalbaar in Ned./OI, stb.extr/ [stamboek extract]. Den 16 Mei 1862 naar Nederland terug gezonden met het Schip Loenetten/Zeeophouding aanbetaling bij stukken, dit schip Extr 10/23 1862 en 24. Benoemd tot Ridder der 4e Klasse van de Militaire Willems Orde voor onderscheiding bij de Krijgsverregtingen, in het Palembangsche in 1858 & 1859. Besluit ZM [Zijne Majesteit] 13 April 1860 N79. Bes 21 April 1860 N17/444; "NAMEN DER OUDERS, LAATSTE WOONPLAATS en SIGNALEMENT". Bij zijne aankomst bij het korps, lang 1 ellen, 6 palmen, 7 duimen, strepen [is 1,67 mt.] Aangezigt Ovaal, Voorhoofd hoog, Oogen Blaauw, Neus ordinaar, Mond idem, Kin rond, Haar blond, Wenkbrouwen idem, Merkbare teekenen Geene.; "Wanneer en op welke wijze bij het KORPS gekomen en omschrijving van zijn aangegaan AKKOORD". Den 26 Junij 1844 geëngageerd bij de Staande Armee voor den tijd van Zes Jaren Vijf dagen ingv: art 171 der wet op den N.M. [Nat.Militie]: van 8 January 1817 in aanschrijving van het D.v.O. dd 26 October 1830 N° 29 met f 20. gratificatie. Op den 30 September 1848 overgegaan bij het Koloniaal Werfdepot met eene nieuwe verbintenis voor den tijd van Zes jaren met f 10. handgeld te rekenen in tegaan met den dag van inscheping naar de overzeesche bezittingen ingv. aanschrijving van het M.v.O. dd 25 Sept:1848 afd:pers: N°54 B.; "Gedane veldtogten, bekomen wonden, uitstekende daden" 1852 krijgsverr. int Palemba. Bij desp/vh Mil.Dep dd 23 Nov 1852 toegekend de br.medaille voor tr dienst met f 12. gratif. 1853, 54 en 55 krijgsverr. inhet Palemba., 2 Septb 1858 de schietprijs 1 soort behaald. Krijgverr. inde Lamatang actie/Palembang/ in Octb 1858. Bij disp.v.h.Mil.Dep.O 28 febr 1859 de zilv. medaille voor tr. dienst toegekend z.g. krijgsverr. in de Lematang oeloe/Zuid Palembang gedurende January t/m Mrt 1859. 15 jan:1859 bij de bestorming der Doesson Djatie een schot in de linker knie bekomen.
