testament van Frans Niclaessen, die ziek is, en echtg. Jenneken Anthonis. De langstlevende krijgt alle goederen in volle eigendom om daaruit de opvoeding van hun kinderen te bekostigen.
V-RA 14 fol. 71r,v d.d. 5-1-1672: de kinderen van Frans Niclaessen verwekt bij Jenneken Antonis Adams: Jan Franssen, Mijs Frans Claes, Jacob Antonis Adams als voogd en Adriaen Michielssen als toeziend voogd van de onmondige kinderen, overdrachten van onroerend goed te Zeelst aan onderscheiden personen.
V-RA 14 fol. 112v d.d. 22-12-1672: momberrekening van Jacob Antonis Adams als voogd en Adriaen Michielssen als toeziend voogd van de kinderen van Frans Niclaessen verwekt bij Jenneken Antonis Adams, waarvan de meesten nu meerderjarig zijn. De kinderen zijn: Jan Franssen, Mijs Franssen en Lijsbeth Franssen.

Frans was gehuwd met JENNEKEN ANTHONIS ADAMS, dochter van ANTHONIS ADAMS (schoenmaker) en ANNA JANSEN.
Eindh. RA 1591 fol. 369v d.d. 28-5-1658: schuldbekentenis voor 50 gld. à 5% door Jenneken Anthonis wed. Frans Claessen, te Zeelst, aan Anthonetta Henricx, de dienstmaagd van Goris Coppens.
