Op 18 oktober 1602 koopt het echtpaar veen en leijen in Driezumerhamrik(FR) van haar broer Alle Adzers. Op 5 mei 1629 procedeert Jelle Nittes met een Metske Tieerts, partijen moet bewijzen overleggen. Op 10 mei 1636 is de dochter Antie, vrouw van Lambert Sijtses te Zwaagwesteinde (FR) overleden, grootvader Jelle Nittes wordt curator over het zoontje Sijtse, die 14 dagen na Kerst 1635 drie jaar geworden was.Jelle plaatste hier zijn handmerk. Op 8 november 1641 verkopen Jelle Nittes en zijn schoonzoon Lambert Sijtses, voor diens zoon Sijtse bij Antie Jelles, zes roeden Zwaagsterwitte venen aan Hercke en Swetse Adserts, broers op Kuikhorne (FR). Op 16 november 1652 is de inventaris opgemaakt in het sterfhuis van Jelle Nittes. Er is sprake van een huis, heem, bouwland leijen en veenland alsook de helft van 3 1/2 pondemaat, mandelig met Haije Nittes. Op 17 januari 1653 worden drie verkopen geregistreerd: één van de overleden Jelle Nittes, één van Jelle Nittes als momber over Antie, weeskind van wijlen Tietse Hendrix, en één van Jelle Nittes met zijn zoon Adser Jelles..
