    Hendrik II van Leuven (ca 1020 - begraven te Nijvel in 1078) was graaf van Leuven en Brussel van 1054 tot 1078. Hij was zoon van Lambert II Balderik, graaf van Leuven en Brussel, en diens echtgenote Oda van Verdun.

    Zijn naam verschijnt naast die van zijn broer Reinier in een akte van 1078 voor het kapittel van Brussel.

    Er is weinig bekend over zijn heerschappij, maar men weet dat hij in 1071 steun verleende aan Richilde van Henegouwen tegen haar schoonbroer Robrecht I de Fries in het geschil om het graafschap Vlaanderen. Zijn dochter is nadien dan ook uitgehuwelijkt aan de tweede zoon van Richilde.
