    Géza I (ong. 1044-1077) was koning van Hongarije van 1074 tot 1077 en behoort tot het huis van Árpád. Hij was een zoon van koning Béla I van Hongarije en Richezza van Polen.

    Géza verdreef in 1074 Salomon van Hongarije, nadat hij hem eerst met een Pools hulpleger gedwongen had de feitelijke macht in grote delen van het land af te staan. Voor zijn kroning kreeg hij een kroon van Byzantijns Keizer Michael VII Dukas die delen bevatte van de ijzeren kroon van Stefan I van Hongarije. Hij huwde twee maal; een eerste keer met Sophia van Loon, dochter van de burggraaf Giselbert van Loon, en een tweede keer met Synadene, een nicht van keizer Nicephorus III van Byzantium.

    Géza's bewind was weinig succesvol omdat Salomon hem vanuit Kroatië bleef aanvallen. Hij stierf op 25 april 1077 en werd opgevolgd door zijn broer Ladislaus I van Hongarije. Hij ligt begraven te Vác.
