    Floris de Voogd (ca. 1228 – Antwerpen, 26 maart 1258), zoon van graaf Floris IV van Holland[1] en Machteld van Brabant, verving graaf Willem II van Holland in Holland en Zeeland, toen deze zich als Rooms-koning in Duitsland bevond. Na Willems dood was hij voogd over graaf Floris V. Hij wordt soms aangeduid als "Florentius tutor".

    Samen met Jan van Avesnes versloeg hij in 1253 het leger van Vlaanderen, dat Walcheren was binnengevallen, waarbij hij de aanvoerders Gwijde en Jan van Dampierre gevangen nam, zonen van Margaretha II van Vlaanderen. In 1256 tekende hij een vredesverdrag (het zogenaamde "Dit de Péronne") met Vlaanderen over de status van Zeeland, waarin de rechten van Vlaanderen op Zeeland ten westen van de Schelde werden herbevestigd. Vlaanderen werd gedwongen Holland te compenseren voor de oorlogsschade en Margaretha's zonen werden vrijgelaten.
