    Bertha van Holland (rond 1058 - Montreuil-sur-Mer, 1094) was de dochter van de graaf Floris I en van Geertruida van Saksen, en de stiefdochter van Robrecht I van Vlaanderen, die tevens haar voogd was. Ze was getrouwd met koning Filips I van Frankrijk. In 1092 werd ze verstoten omdat Filips zijn zinnen had gezet op de mooie en jonge Bertrada van Montfort en moest ze het hof verlaten. Bekend is dat Filips vond dat Bertha te dik was geworden. In 1094 is ze overleden in een klooster in Montreuil-sur-Mer

    Haar huwelijk met de Franse koning had politieke redenen. Haar stiefvader, Robrecht I, had na de dood van zijn broer zich wederrechtelijk en met wapengeweld de grafelijke titel toegeëigend. In die strijd had de Franse koning de wettelijke troonopvolger gesteund. Het huwelijk was waarschijnlijk onderdeel van de vredesregeling tussen Robrecht I en Filips I.
