    Boudewijn II van Guînes (? - 2 januari 1205) was een zoon van Arnold I van Guînes en van Mathildis van Sint-Omaar. Hij was gehuwd met Christina van Ardres, dochter van Arnold IV van Marck

    Boudewijn bouwde in La Montoire een kapel ter ere van Sint-Catharina, een rondhuis en kapel in Guînes en restaureerde de toren in Tornehem. Hij verplaatste de zondagse markt van Zuidkerke naar de plaats Ouderwijk, die hij verder uitrustte met een vesting en een kapel . Met de steun van Filips van de Elzas, graaf van Vlaanderen, werd Boudewijn prefect in Boulogne.
