    Maria van Boulogne (1136 - Montreuil, 1182) was een dochter van koning Stefanus van Engeland en Mathilde van Boulogne. Zij was gravin van Mortain en Boulogne.

    Maria werd op jonge leeftijd door haar ouders in een klooster geplaatst. Later werd ze non in de abdij van Romsey en daar werd ze in 1155 tot abdis gekozen. Toen haar laatste broer in 1159 overleed, erfde ze het graafschap Boulogne en de grote bezittingen in Engeland die daarbij hoorden. Voor koning Hendrik II van Engeland was ze nu te belangrijk om in het klooster te laten en hij liet haar in 1160 trouwen met Mattheüs I van de Elzas, een zoon van de graaf van Vlaanderen. Dit leidde tot een langdurig conflict met de paus waarin Maria en Mattheus uiteindelijk moesten toegeven. Het paar scheidde in 1170 en Maria werd non in het klooster van Saint-Austrebert (nabij Montreuil).
