    Pieter Laurensz. Ceulsman.
    Op 08-03-1664 verkoopt hij voor 3000,= gulden aan Hendrick Jansz. "ontrent 7,5 morgen, gelegen in
    de Zijpe, in de polder K, in de cleijne d, belent de Roetsloot ten oosten, Dirck Gerritsz
    Langendijk ten zuijden, Cornelis Jansz Jongejans en Arien Jansz Timmerman tsamen ten noorden en
    de Ruijgewech ten westen". Hij behielt ruim 1 morgen aan de oostzijde van de Roetsloot, met de
    woning gelegen aan de Groote Sloot.
