    Life

Addagoppe was a priestess for the moongod Sîn in Harran. After traveling to Babylon, she obtained a position for her son Nabonidus at court. In 556 BC, he was proclaimed king. It is likely that she acted as regent when the king was absent since she was buried in Harran with the honors of a queen.[2] After she died, Nabonidus named his daughter as high-priestess of Sîn.[3]
    In Herodotus

Herodotus calls her Queen Nicrotis. According to him, she changed the course of the Euphrates and removable bridge across the river.
