    Vermoedelijk getrouwd met Boleslav II van Bohemen. Bekend is dat Aethelstan Eadgyth en Aelgifu naar Otto had gestuurd om een bruid te kiezen. Otto koos Eadgyth en vond ook een passende echtgenoot voor Aelgifu. Algemeen wordt Boleslav als die echtgenoot gezien maar die was nog maar een klein kind toen beide zusters naar Duitsland kwamen. Ook Lodewijk, graaf van de Thurgau wordt genoemd als haar echtgenoot.

    Adiva was the first wife of Boleslaus II of Bohemia. The similarity in name to certain Anglo-Saxon forms and the introduction of English-influenced coinage into Bohemia at the time has led to the hypothesis that she may be the daughter of Edward the Elder, King of England, and his second wife Aelfflaed, who was married to a "king near the Jupiter mountains", meaning the Alps. However, there are a handful of other candidates for the husband of this princess.

    Oldrich of Bohemia
