In 1553 huurt hij huisje + erf in Zoetermeer Westeynde van Claesz Jac.Tommerman en pacht samen met z´n broer Neel Vogellair "de Vogelrie" van de ambachtsheer voor 20 gulden en ze betalen daar in 1553 2 gulden belasting over (10e penning = 10%). In 1557 is het huurhuisje van Andries ledich vanwege de pest, dus geen 10e penning meer
