    Herman I van Zwaben (gest. 10 december 949) was een zoon van Gebhard van Franconië, hertog van Lotharingen, en van Ida. Na de dood van Burchard II van Zwaben duidde Hendrik I de Vogelaar Herman aan tot hertog van Zwaben. Herman huwde met Regilinda, de weduwe van Burchard II. Hun dochter Ida zou huwen met Liudolf, de zoon van Otto I. Herman was sinds 939 ook graaf in Lahngau, sinds 948 graaf in Auelgau, en sinds 947 lekenabt van Echternach. Hij stichtte de Sint- Floriskerk in Koblenz.
