    Otto I van Weimar-Orlamünde (- 1067) was de jongste zoon van graaf Willem III van Weimar en Oda van de Lausitz.

    In 1034 was hij graaf van Orlamünde geworden en in 1062 volgde hij zijn broer Willem op als markgraaf van Meißen en graaf van Weimar. Otto was getrouwd met Adela van Brabant (†1083), dochter van Reinier van Leuven (zoon van Lambert I van Leuven).

    Otto I. von Weimar oder von Orlamünde († 1067) war Graf von Weimar-Orlamünde und von 1062 bis 1067 Markgraf von Meißen.

    Er war der jüngere Sohn des Grafen Wilhelm III. von Weimar († 1039) und der Oda von der Lausitz, Tochter von Markgraf Thietmar II.

    Er heiratete Adela von Brabant († 1083), wahrscheinlich eine Tochter von Reginar von Löwen, Sohn Lamberts I. von Löwen. Sie war eine Enkelin Balduins IV. von Flandern, wahrscheinlich aus seiner zweiten Ehe mit Eleonora von der Normandie. Adela heiratete 1070 in zweiter Ehe Dedo I. von der Lausitz.
