Wilhelm II. ( 871 in Großmähren) war Markgraf (comes terminalis) der bayrischen Ostmark und Graf im Traungau. Er fiel im Jahr 871 gemeinsam mit seinem Bruder Engelschalk I. in den Kämpfen gegen Großmähren. Ihr Nachfolger als Grenzgraf wurde Aribo I.
