    In het kloosterarchief St.Marie te Huijbergen aanwezige "Register Ontfanck ende Uytgeef" aanvangende 22 maart 1690 en het "Staetboeck Clooster Huybergen 1691" staat, dat "Huybrecht Suyckerbuyck" pachter is van de in Huijbergen gelegen, aan het klooster in eigendom toebehorende "Nieuwe Hoeve".

    In het gemeentearchief te Roosendaal aanwezige notulen van de op 12 mei 1700, 19 mei 1700 en 16 juni 1700 gehouden zittingen van de Schepenbank (RA 64 en RA 93) staat, dat er een geschil bestaat tussen "Huybregt Willems Zuijkerbuijk wonende tot Huybergh soo voor hemselven als voor desselfs meeste kinderen en Erfgen van Dingna Coris Syne huysvre aenlre" en "Pieter Huyb Suykerbuyk gede".

    Is na 16 juni 1700 overleden, waarschijnlijk te Huijbergen. De inschrijving van zijn overlijden komt echter niet voor in de in het streekarchief Nassau-Brabant te Zevenbergen aanwezige begraafregisters van de parochie Huijbergen, maar hierbij moet wel worden opgemerkt dat de overlijdens-/begraafinschrijvingen vanaf 10 december 1680 tot 18 september 1711 en vanaf 16 oktober 1713 tot 12 februari 1715 ontbreken.
    In een in het gemeentarchief te Roosendaal aanwezige notariele akte d.d. 27 januari 1687 (NA 6696, blz.67) staat, dat "Huijbrecht Willemssen Suijckerbuijck woonende op Steenpael out ontrent de sestigh jaren" is.
