    Otto van Savoye (1021 - 19 februari 1059), was de vierde en jongste zoon van graaf Humbert I van Savoye en Ancilla van Lenzberg.

    In 1046 was hij getrouwd met Adelheid van Susa (haar derde huwelijk), een dochter van markgraaf Manfred II Olderik van Turijn, hetgeen hem vele gebieden in Piemonte opleverde en een toegang tot de Middellandse Zee. Samen beheersten Otto en Adelheid alle belangrijke westelijke Alpenpassen en grote gebieden in Bourgondië en Noord-Italië. Hierdoor controleerden ze het verkeer tussen Frankrijk en het Rijnland, en Italië. Het belang van hun positie werd onderstreept door het huwelijk van hun dochter Bertha van Savoye met (toen nog enkel Rooms-Duits koning) Hendrik IV.

    Het bestuur van Otto verliep rustig. De enige vermelding was zijn conflict met de bisschop van Maurienne over muntrecht. Otto werd begraven in de dom van Turijn.

    Otto (or Othon in French, Oddone in Italian) (1010/1020 – c.?1057) was a Count of Savoy from 1051 (or 1056) until his death.

    He substantially enlarged his lands through his marriage. After this acquisition the House of Savoy concentrated their expansion efforts towards Italy instead of outside the Alps as they had done before. Savoy's lands occupied much of modern Savoy and Piedmont, although several other small states could be found between them.

    He was son of Humbert, the first Count of Savoy, and his wife Ancilla of Lenzburg, and ascended the throne after the death of his elder brother, Amadeus I of Savoy.
