Testament van Sijken Dirkse (sic.) Obben (=Sijcken Gijsberse) huisvrouwvan Laurens Janse Bacx, inwoonder alhier, ziek te bed liggende, verklaarthaar man als enige en universele erfgenaam. Hij wordt gehouden zijn 2kinderen op te voedenetc.

Voogdijstelling over Jan Lourensse Bax, kind van wijlen Lourens JanseBax, zijn eerste huwelijk met Sijcken Gijsbertse Obben. (Dus Jan was hetenige kind op dat moment uit het eerste huwelijk).
